Gail White

Gail Cohen White of Delray Beach, FL and Wyckoff, NJ passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 76. Gail is survived by her loving son, Noah Dachis (Noelle), grandchildren, Naomi & Jayden Dachis, brother, William (Anne) Cohen, sister, Diane Harris, niece, London Jacobs (David Jacobs) and children, nephews Jesse Harris, Maximilien and Julien Cohen, cousins Steven, Barbara, Chaim, and Joshua Sussman, Stephanie and Frank Tavelman, Adam Fein (Anna) and Greg Fein, as well as many friends she held dear. She is predeceased by her parents Bertram Irving Cohen and Helene Finaly Westreich.

Gail was born in Paterson, NJ and grew up in Fair Lawn, NJ. She graduated from Fair Lawn High School and received her B.A. in Art from the University of Miami. Gail was fun-loving and eager to learn about anything and everything. She loved travel, golf, and puzzles. She was a wonderful cook who could whip up a gourmet meal with whatever ingredients she had in her kitchen. Gail always thought of others first. Numerous organizations including, Barnert Temple, The Ecolife Conservation, and the American Red Cross, to name a few, were the beneficiaries of both her finances and her time. Services were held on August 22, 2025 at Barnett Temple.

We will miss Gail’s sense of adventure, humor, and presence every day.
