Fredia “Fritzie” Amantite

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Fredia Jean “Fritzie” Swerdfeger Amantite, 80, of Oakmont, CA, on July 7, 2025, peacefully in her home after a brief battle with Alzheimers Disease.

Fritzie was born on April 30, 1945 to Robert and Mary Swerdfeger. Fritzie was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and a dedicated friend, known for her kindness, generosity and her beautiful smile. Fritzie dedicated her life to her family, always providing unconditional love, a listening ear and warm embrace. 

She is survived by her daughter Charmagne Mak (Randy), grandaughters Erika Miles and Gabrielle Cuevas (Sergio), great grandchildren, Thomas, Kali, Cruz and Myah and sisters Kay Castillo, Bobbie Lizarraga (Tony), Gretchen Stevens (Mark) and Mary Jean Comer (Tom). She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved sister and best friend Diana. Services will be held privately.
