FRANKLIN RICHTER

Franklin Richter, 90, of Interlachen passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka following a brief illness.

Franklin had been a resident of west Putnam County for the past 48 years, coming from Hollywood, FL. He was a carpenter and had worked for Frank’s Construction and later for New Day Homes in Interlachen. He had also served as an elder of the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Interlachen.

Besides his parents, Horace Lancaster Richter and Elizabeth Onisorg, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Richter. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David and Tina Richter.

Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Interlachen.
