Frank Conde

After a brief illness, Frank Conde passed away on August 6, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Survived by his loving and devoted wife Helen who he was married to for 39 years.

Loving brother of Lucy, Joe (Angelina) and Anna. Loving mother-in-law Maria Helena, brother-in-law to Dolly (David) and Grace (Brian).

Predeceased by brother Manny, parents Manuel and Alzira, sister-in-law Rosa and niece Gloria.

Survived by many nieces and nephews Ryan, Paul (Lindsay), Cristina (Gi), Stephanie, Katherine, Jeff (Amy), Melissa, Amanda, Jordan, Janine and great-nieces and great-nephews Tristan, Emily, Elise, Isabella and Christopher.

Frank was a loyal employee of Steed and Evans for over 40 years and rose his way up to Superintendent of the Asphalt Division. Frank was a generous, kind hearted person who loved to laugh and make others laugh with him. He loved gatherings with family and friends, eating, drinking and travel. He was loved by many and as a close friend said, “he’s not one in a million, he’s once in a lifetime”.

The family would like to thank and recognize the nurses and doctors at St. Mary’s Hospital for all their care and support.

Frank’s family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM on Friday, August 15 with a Funeral Liturgy in the chapel at 1:00 PM. Reception to follow at Oriental Sport Club- Portuguese Community Center, 1054 Shellard Side Road, Cambridge.
