Francis Tedeschi, Sr.

Francis “Frank” D. Tedeschi, Sr., of Crompond, New York, died on Friday, August 8, 2025, in a motorcycle accident. He was 60 years old.

Frank was born in 1965 in Port Chester, NY, to Anthony and Rosemarie “Micki” Tedeschi. He grew up in West Harrison, NY, known as “Silver Lake”. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1983. He attended Sullivan Community College where he studied photography. He went on to join the family business, Anthom Builders, where he worked beside his father, uncle, brothers, cousin, and one of his best friends, building homes as a master carpenter for over 30 years.

In 1998, he married his wife, Anna-Lisa Pearson, of Yorktown Heights, NY, at The Yorktown Community Church. They celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary this year. Frank was the love of her life. They raised two sons together, Francis “Frank” Jr., and Richard “Ricky” in Crompond, NY. The boys are the light of their lives. Frank taught them about everything he was interested in but most importantly, he showed them how to be a good man.

Frank is best known for his passion for life. When you entered Frank Tedeschi’s world you knew you were someplace special. He loved his family and friends and he made sure they knew it. Frank was an avid reader, a golf enthusiast, a Rangers, a Yankees, and to his heartache, a Jets fan. However, Frank is best remembered for his love of music. Live music was the ultimate. He was happiest positioned right next to the band stand.

Frank also loved motorcycle riding on the backroads enjoying a beautiful day and the scenery of the countryside. He said it was such a feeling of freedom.

Frank is survived by his wife, Anna-Lisa of Crompond, NY; his two sons: Francis Tedeschi, Jr., and his wife Cailey of Penfield, NY, and Richard of Crompond, NY, his beloved father, Anthony Tedeschi, Sr., and his step-mother, Dr. Ann Cea; his beloved mother, Rosemarie Tedeschi and brother Anthony Tedeschi, Jr. of Yorktown Heights, NY; and his brother, Christopher Tedeschi and wife Sara of Brewster, NY. He is also survived and loved by his step-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends.

God Bless Frank and give us strength until we meet again.
