Filimon Papanikolaou, 68, Born in Agridi Gortynia, Arcadia, Greece; He is survived by his children Konstantinos (Maria Victoria) and Peter (Monica), and by the mother of his children Antonia; Cherished grandfather of Mikaela and Mariana; Significant other of Maria Sklavos; Loving brother of Dimitra (the late Dimitri) Kairis and Panagiota (Christos) Panagiotidou; Dearest Friend of many. Filimon was an exceptional chef in many of the Greek restaurants around Chicagoland. Visitation, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral service 10:30 a.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 893 N. Church Rd. Elmhurst, IL. 60126.
