Ernesto P. Dominguez, 90 years old, of San Jose, Arizona, passed away on September 1, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church at 1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
The funeral mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Fr. Paul Sullivan will be officiating. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery at 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
Ernesto was born in San Jose, Arizona to Evaristo and Amelia Dominguez on May 15, 1935. He is preceded in death by his father and mother Evaristo and Amelia Dominguez, his 4 brothers and 2 sisters, Ignacio, Edward, Franky, Lorenzo, Vera Gonzalez and Juanita Garcia.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Angela Dominguez, 5 children – daughter, Susan, sons, Angel, Ernie, Nickolas and Dominic; 9 grandchildren – Tammy, David, Nick, Jake, Chace, Danielle, Dominic, Damon and Ximena; 7 great-grandchildren – Malynn, Davilyn, Damon, Nico Cruz, Rome, Ezekiel, and Jubilee; and 1 great-great granddaughter – Audrey Mae,
He worked at Cudahy Meat Packing Company of Phoenix, Arizona for 20 years. He was the original proprietor of Bajito Custom Upholstery in Phoenix, Arizona for 33 years from which he retired. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Army as a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne division. He was an Usher at St. Marks Catholic Church.
