Emil Collins

Emil Arthur Collins, 81, beloved husband of Louetta Collins, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Clark Regional Medical Center. Born on June 17, 1944, in Melvin, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Troy and Phrona Mae Smith Collins.

A proud veteran of the United States Army, Emil lived a life marked by faith, service, and devotion to his family. He was a member of Grace Freewill Baptist Church and will be remembered for his steady kindness and the love he showed to those around him.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Snead; grandchildren, Cassie Snead, Jonathan Snead, and Avery Roberts; son-in-law, Greg Roberts; along with many extended family members and friends whose lives he touched.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Judy Bodie, Freddie and Kermit Collins, and daughter, Kimberly Roberts.

Honoring his wishes, Emil will be cremated.
