Elmira Thiessen

On Thursday, September 4, 2025, Elmira Thiessen was called Home to be with her Lord and Saviour at the age of 103 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Gerald (Janet), grandsons, Mark (Bona), Michael (Lauryn); great grandchildren, Elliot, Elyse, Levi, Noah and Luka Thiesen; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Elmira kept in close contact with extended family. It was important to her in keeping up the family ties. Elmira took an interest in everyone’s activities and what they were doing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elmira’s memory to The Gideons International. The Gospel Is Our Mission.
