Edward Hicks, Jr

Edward Arnold Hicks, Jr. passed away 3/11/2025 in Vandalia, OH. A native of Holdenville, OK he was born 9/11/1939 to the late Edward and Bessie Hicks. Edward was a US Navy veteran with 20 years of service and had worked for Contra Costa County for over 15 yrs. in Martinez. He is survived by his daughter Leighanne (Fred) Ramirez of Vandalia, son Matthew Hicks of Sacramento, grandchildren Victoria and Isaac Ramirez and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary “Katy” Hicks and his sister Wanda Murray. Graveside services with full military honors were held in Memory Garden Cemetery Concord, CA.
