Edward Clark, Jr.

CLARK, JR—Mr. Edward Brooks Clark, Jr., U.S. Navy (Ret) passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 86.  Ed was born June 27, 1938 in Blue Hill, ME son of Edward B. Clark and Dorothy Bartlett Clark.  

He was  preceded in death by his son John Alexander on February 3, 2000. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Lois. His son Edward Clark lll (Liz),daughter Charlene Smith (Darrell). Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren, three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Also, dear friends Bob and Marie Satterfield.

He was a proud 20 year veteran of the United States Navy and also retired from Jacksonville Naval Aircraft Rework Facility.

His passion was working on cars, watching drag races,Nascar and anything to do with fishing. His many stories will live on forever, including camping, trips to Keywest,Florida with many adventures.

Funeral services in celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday June 30, 2025 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL with Pastor Steve Hunter of Fellowship Bible Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of the Last Supper at Jacksonville Memory Gardens with military honors.
