Donnie Maggard

Donnie Maggard 81 of Pikeville, KY passed from this earthly life Thursday May 15, 2025, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, KY.

Donnie was born Friday September 3, 1943, in Pike County, KY a son of the late Johnny and Ada McCoy Maggard.

Other than his parents Donnie was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Maggard; a step mother; Molly Maggard,  three brothers Samuel (Sonny), Dale & William (LD) Maggard; and two  sister Phyllis Holloway and Linda Bevins.

Donnie is survived by one son Brian Maggard of Pikeville, KY; two brothers Darrell Maggard of Kimper, KY and Bruce Maggard of Pikeville, KY; and three sisters Betty Short of FL, Janet Green of Sylvester, WV and Kandie Hall of Pikeville, KY.

Donnie leaves a host of nephews and nieces.

Donnie leaves behind many other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Donnie Maggard will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
