Donna Deck

Donna Marie Mosier Deck, 81, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away at her home on May 1, 2025, after a long battle with declining health issues. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen Beatrice Sparks Mosier and Harvey Ralph Mosier Sr.

Survivors include one daughter, Samantha Deyo Garrett (Bryan), one son, John Michael Deck (Nikki), and one brother Harvey Ralph Mosier Jr.; five grandchildren, Kelly Cook, Jordan Deyo, Dana Deyo, Connor Deck and Kayla Deck.; four great-grandchildren, Lillie, Bayley, Autumn, and Lennox, and three nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Rich Acre Free Will Baptist Church in Johnson City, Tenn., at 4 p.m. on May 17, 2025.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Amedisys or the hospice organization of one’s choice.
