David Derbas

David Derbas, age 48 passed away on May 16, 2024.  David was an affectionate dedicated hardworking individual. An avid cubs fan, born in the City of Chicago who resided in Joliet past few years. David was a loving son survived by his parents,David and Patsy Derbas brother’s Jack (Toniata)and Derick Derbas. His fiancé, Gloria Galvan loving father to Destiny, Jordan and Michael, Marissa (Niko) and Melissa (Tony) grandfather to Nevaeh, Narissa,Jayce Jaydyn Nickayla, Lorenzo and Maaliyah.  Proud uncle to Jeremiah, Josiah and Janiah.  He is also lovingly survived by many aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, cousins,  friends and coworkers Dave will always be remembered as the one who gave you the shirt off his back and if you needed him, he was always there!
