Darryl Billington

Darryl L. Billington, age 86, passed away following a lengthy illness on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at his home in Kimberly.  He was born on February 13, 1939 in Weyauwega, WI, the son of the late Frederick and Ivy (Clow) Billington.

Darryl worked as an iron worker in the area building many different structures throughout his career.  He was a member of   theIron Workers Union.  

He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and in his earlier years, he enjoyed building clocks.  

Darryl is survived by three sons, Travis Billington, Justin (Renee) Billington and Preston Billlington; two grandchildren, Keegan and Abigale Billington; other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Ivy,  sister, Zella(Willis) Steffen, his brother, Kenneth Billington, the mother of his children and former wife, Jan  Billington.

Per Darryl’s wishes, no services will be held.  Inurnment will take place in Lakeside Cemetery,Fremont.  The Lewin Funeral Home, Fremont is assisting the family with arrangements.
