Daniel Sturgill

Daniel Lee Sturgill, 57 of Dana, KY, passed away October 19, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Born May 4, 1968 in Lorane, OH, he was the son of Rhonda Kennedy Mullins Sturgill and the late Henry Sturgill Perry. Daniel is survived by his wife, Angela Akers Sturgill; stepfather: Clifford Mullins and one son: Daniel Lee Sturgill also Rhonda Kennedy Sturgill of Dana, KY. In addition to his father, Daniel was preceded in death by his father: Henry Sturgill Perry and Son Zachary Glen Sturgill. Daniel will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be after 6pm Friday (October 24, 2025) at Little Salem Old Regular Baptist Church, Dana, KY

Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday (October 25, 2025) at the church with Roger Hamilton & Rocky Hamilton. Burial will follow in the Akers Cemetery, Dana, KY
