51, longtime resident of Cicero, passed away unexpectedly June 5, 2025. Beloved son of Eleazar Alvarez and Clementina Guardado; loving father of Danny Alvarez Diaz Jr., Max Alvarez Diaz, and Issac Gutierrez; beloved brother of Nicolasa, Adelita, Esperanza, Eleazar, Jose-Juan, Enrique, Juanita, Agapito, and Jesus; also survived by numerous fond nieces, nephews, and friends.

Daniel enjoyed drinking with family and friends and was an avid Chicago Sports fan. Daniel will always be remembered, deeply loved, and never forgotten.

Services will be held at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral 6 p.m. Cremation following in accordance with his wishes.
