Charles Tuttle

Charles Dale Tuttle was stillborn on March 30, 2025 at the SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.

He is survived by his parents, Scott Dale Tuttle and Kimberly Dawn (Wininger) Tuttle, by a sister, Cloeva Wininger, a brother, Scott Dale Tuttle and by grandparents, Shannon Briley and Dale Tuttle.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort. Visitation will be held after 10:00 A.M on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to Parker-Reedy Funeral Home to help with expenses.
