Charles Kelley

Charles J. Kelley, 88, of Camden, passed away on May 28, 2025, Leesburg, FL. He was born in Camden on November 6, 1936, a son of the late Peter and Marion (Snow) Kelley. He was a graduate of Camden High School. On October 1, 1994, he was united in marriage to Joyce Satterly. She passed away January 2, 2010.

Charles was an Operating Engineer for Local 545 of Syracuse for over 35 years, retiring in 1988. He also owned and operated CK Construction in Camden for many years.

Charles is survived by four daughters, Debra Waterman (Michael), Charlene Congden, Annette Kelley, and Jennifer Wolff (Mark); four sisters, Patricia Hawkes, Colleen Eggleston, Irene Meyers (Paul), and Kimberly Kelley; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Teresa Kent; a sister, Rose Light; and a brother, Peter Kelley.
