Charles Allen Elkins, 63, of Waco, Texas, passed away on his birthday, October 29, 2025. He was born on October 29, 1962, to Charles Elkins and Ruth Tingle.
A memorial service honoring Charles’s life will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Waco Masonic Lodge AF&M #92, located at 4324 Cobbs Drive, Waco, TX 76710.
Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Waco Masonic Lodge AF&M #92 and a Karem Shriner. He was known for his love of his Harley and motorcycle riding, the outdoors and found great joy in fishing and camping and of course spending time with his good friends at Benny’s Hog Shed. Those who knew him will remember his easygoing nature, quiet strength, and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Elkins and mother, Ruth Tingle, and his wife, Vicki Elkins and sister-in-law, Sheryl Elkins.
Charles is survived by his brothers, Darel Elkins, Daniel Robertson; sister, Shannon Robertson; niece, Whitney Elkins; nephew, Logan Elkins; stepdaughters, Brittany Buckner and Marissa Davis; and stepson, Matthew Anderson, best friend, Carlotta Theason; nieces, Harley Craig, Audrey Gross, Kaitlyn Robertson and Savannah Cisneros; nephews, Cade Robertson, Joseph Robertson, Eithan Robertson, Colton Huddleston and Alberto Cisneros, and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
Charles will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
