Carson City emergency crews called to crash at US-50 East and Lompa Lane

Carson City Fire Department, sheriff’s deputies and the Nevada Highway Patrol responded Monday afternoon to a two vehicle crash near the intersection of Highway 50 East and Lompa Lane.

The crash was reported at 2:42 p.m. and was blocking the westbound lane. Arriving firefighters were checking on injuries. One person declined medical attention and firefighters were evaluating a second person. Motorists can expect delays.
