Carolyn Foster

In Loving Memory of Carolyn Elizabeth Keller-Foster

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Carolyn Elizabeth Keller Foster, who departed this life peacefully on 9/17/2025 at the age of 82, surrounded by her family.

Carolyn was born on June 29, 1943, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Lennington and Lillian (Hoffman) Keller. She graduated from Deptford High School and went on to build a successful career as an insurance agent.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Carolyn’s compassion, kindness, and spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her greatest joy and pride came from her role as a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed traveling, baking, reading, and gardening, and held a special place in her heart for animals.

Carolyn is survived by her sister, Lillian Keller Ludwick; her children, Michelle Foster, Susan Foster-DiBiasio, Miranda Ruh (Brian), and David Foster; her grandchildren, Dustin Slusher, Michael DiBiasio, Joshua DiBiasio, Hayley DiBiasio, Sophia Ruh, and Ava Ruh; her great-grandchildren, Alyssa Napolitano, Dante Slusher, Oaklynn DiBiasio, Fae DiBiasio, and Jedidiah DiBiasio; and her great-great-grandson, Matthew Hackett. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her loving nature and caring heart.

Carolyn is pre-deceased by her beloved husband, David A. Foster; her parents, Lennington and Lillian Keller; her brother, Lennington Keller II; and her nephew, Lennington Keller III.

A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held between noon and one o’clock on September 25, 2025 at Godfrey Funeral Home in Palermo. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Carolyn’s memory to either the Funny Farm Rescue & Sanctuary at https://funnyfarmrescue.org/ or the Atlantic County Humane Society at https://humanesocietyac.org/

Carolyn will live in the hearts of her loved ones forever. We find comfort in knowing that she is now joyfully reunited with the love of her life, David.
