Carole Delfosse

Carole Joan (Thoune) Delfosse, 83, returned to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 26, 2025. She was born in Daggett, MI and raised in Stephenson MI. She moved to Menominee MI after retirement where she resided until her passing.

She is survived by her children; Kim Bass, Wendy Delfosse, Todd Delfosse and Heidi (Paul) Leurox. Two sisters; Lynn (Tom) Geib and Mary (Dale) Carlson. Grandchildren; Lydia (Alex) Kolb, Paul Wagner, Alyssia Renard, Alexandra (JJ) Renard-Johnson, Derek Renard, Hannah (Eric) Tickler and Hayden (Kelsey) Delfosse and several great grandchildren.

As a young woman she ventured to Milwaukee and worked at Allen Bradly Company. While there she met and married Ervin Delfosse. They lived in West Bend WI where they raised their four children. Carole returned to Menominee where she worked for Lloyd Flanders until retirement. Carole enjoyed her retirement by participating in bus trips, Senior Center activities and The Red Hats. Carole’s sense of humor was infectious. People enjoyed her company, and she enjoyed people. Carole offered warmth and support to others when they were having trouble. She often traveled to Georgia to spend time with her daughter and grandchildren. She enjoyed time with her sisters and their children. Carole loved her family and that love will be missed by friends in addition to her family. Carole was a member of the Resurrection Church in Menominee MI.

There will be a visitation on July 8 at Cadieu Funeral Home in Menominee MI from 12:00 until 1:30 pm. Mass will immediately follow at Resurrection Church in Menominee MI. Cadieu Funeral Home is assisting the Delfosse family with arrangements.
