With great sadness, we share that Bunny Zarpas of Laytonsville, MD passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 27, 2025.

Born on August 22, 1949, in Washington, DC, Bunny was the cherished daughter of the late Georgia Janes and Samuel Nicholas Zarpas. She proudly carried on the family legacy as Property Manager of Zarpas Real Estate, LLC.

Bunny was the beloved wife of the late George Eliades, and the devoted mother of Adrienne and Alex Eliades. Her warmth, humor, and strength touched all who knew her.

In keeping with her wishes, services will be held privately.
