Billy Thomas

Billy Ray Thomas, age 70, of Tollesboro, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Maysville Nursing Home, in Maysville, Kentucky.

He was born Sunday, May 22, 1955, in Lewis County, Kentucky, a son of the late James Andrew and Edna Deloris Swim Thomas.

Billy was a retired Mechanic and a member of Galilee Church. He enjoyed reading, talking to his neighbors and friends, and he loved old cars and listening to Country Music.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Albert Lee Thomas and James Robert Thomas; one sister, Carla Joy Fraley.

Billy is survived by one brother, Darrell Thomas; three sisters, Jennifer Thomas, Andrea Hardyman, both of Tollesboro, Kentucky and Elizabeth Campbell of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, and other family and friends that will sadly miss him.

Services will be held at a later date.
