Billy Martin

Billy Keith Martin, age 76 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025. He was born June 23, 1949 in Martin, Kentucky to the late Crit & Syltania McKinney Martin. He was the husband of Brenda Gail Martin. He was US Army Veteran and member of Minnie DAV Chapter 128. He is survived by his Sons: Christopher (Melissa) Martin of Paintsville, Kentucky, Justin (Wendy) Martin of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Byron Martin of Martin, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Ian Martin, Jacob Martin, Isabella Martin & Emma Kathryn Martin; Brother: Dean Martin of Martin, Kentucky & Sister: Glenda Newsome of Martin, Kentucky. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother: David Martin & Sister: Alicia Howard. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 25, 2025 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky and will continue all day Tuesday, August 26, 2025

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 1pm at the funeral home with Jim McKenzie, Joshua Mullins & Robert Stephens officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
