Betty Everitt

Betty Jane Ashenbaught Everitt, age 80, of Garrison, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

She was born Saturday, June 7, 1945, in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carl and Elizabeth Shean Ashenbaugh.

Betty was a member of The Church of Christ. She enjoyed playing golf, and especially loved playing on the computer and spending time with Andrew, her husband.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Lois Rice.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Andrew Paul Everitt; four daughters, Virginia Kay Lowther, Samantha Scoven, Carena Jackson, all of Akron, Ohio, Jeannine Fraley of Florida; eight grandchilden; one sister, Joyce Zornes of Portsmouth, Ohio, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

There will be no service at this time.
