Barbara Reese

Barbara (Hockenberry) Reese, 62, of West Sunbury passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. She was born in Grove City on September 26, 1962, to the late Frank and Sarah (Christy) Hockenberry. Barbara loves spending time with family and friends and was affectionately known as “Nana and Bubba”. She will always be remembered for the love she showed everyone, and she cared so much for. Barbara enjoyed playing bingo, card games, watching T.V. and making crafts. Mother of Mindy (Reese) Metheney and Mike (Kayla) Reese; sister of Carla Wagner, Lori Roxberry, BJ Wickline and Michelle Albert; grandmother of Dalton and Lizzy Metheney, Sophia and Aleigha Reese; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, who will all miss her dearly. Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, Eddy Hockenberry. All services were held privately through SPENCER D.
