Audrene Goulet
- April 29, 2025

Audrene Fern Goulet peacefully passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 89 years old surrounded by family. Born in San Diego, she spent much of her early life in Anaheim, CA. She moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1965 and spent the remainder of her years in Concord, Lafayette, Martinez and Clayton. She was married to Mike Goulet for 19 years and had 6 children.
The most important things in Audrene’s life were God, her children and her grandchildren. Her love was pure and unconditional. In her final months she had a wall of photos in her room so she could feel how much she was loved all day long.
Audrene was a wonderful mother to her 6 children; and an amazing grandma to 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Children: Michele Russell (John), Jeannine Wolfe (Ken), Steven Goulet (Cherie), Renee Waterhouse (Randy), Tom Goulet (Rebecca) and Rachelle Teran. Grandchildren: Jessica (Kraig) Gross, Julien Goulet, Derrick (Sarah) Snarr, Brittany (Noah) Rodriguez, Alexandra Goulet, Brandon Goulet, Ashley (Trevor) Coons, Katie Teran. Great grandchildren: Sam Gross, Calvin Gross, Dean Coons, Ella Snarr.
Audrene was a talented woman. She had a beautiful singing voice, was very artistic and a gifted home decorator. She loved decorating for the holidays and creating magical Christmas and Easter mornings for the family.
She would always make herself available to her children. She would ask about each child’s day at school and would sit at the kitchen table listening to every detail. You could always count on her.
Once she had grandkids Audrene stepped up to help care for them by opening a daycare in her home. She had special relationships with each of her grandkids; and they affectionately called her Gram Cracker.
Audrene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will have a private service later in the year.
Donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in memory of Audrene.
