Ann Hefty

Ann Marie Hefty, 62, of Clear Lake passed away peacefully at home on April 20, 2025. She was born November 1, 1962, in New Richmond, WI to Chester Edward and Betty Jean (Gillen) Teske. She was married in Hudson on September 6, 1996, to Roger Hefty.

Ann loved her job making food at the school. She was able to impact many lives while there. She cherished the time spent with her sisters traveling and visiting casinos. She enjoyed watching the deer and turkey that would visit the house. Ann learned to enjoy golfing thanks to Roger and Mickala. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Ann is survived by her loving husband, Roger Hefty; daughter, Mickala Ann (Zack) Derousseau ; step-daughters: Maria (Adam) Laidley and Tasha Schieffer; six grandchildren; two sisters: Jane Linder and Nancy Petschl; two brothers: Tom Tesky and Brian (Sandy) Tesky; nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Jack Petschl; and stepson-in-law, Neil Schieffer.
