Anita Allard

Anita Carmen Grenier Allard

Anita Grenier Allard lived a life rooted in love, family and quiet quiet strength. She spent most of

her years in Auburn, Maine, where she built a warm and welcoming home and raised her

children with unwavering devotion. Anita had a gifted green thumb-her home was always alive

with vibrant houseplants, and each spring her gardens bloomed in colorful celebration of the life

she so dearly loved.

She loved a good long walk and was known for her spirited hikes with friends and family-each of

them getting their exercise just trying to keep up with her. Whether in the woods or around the

neighborhood, Anita moved with purpose and joy, always embracing the world around her.

She had a signature style all her own, and she proudly wore her favorite color – RED. Her nails

were always done to perfection, polished in her trademark red, a reflection of her fiery spirit and

flair for the beautiful.

Professionally, Anita was a respected cleaning specialist; know not only for her skill and

dedication but for the care and trust she inspired in those she served. Her clients valued her not

just for her work, but for the calm, reliable presence she brought into their homes.

The love of Anita’s life was her husband, Randall Allard. Together they shared 49 joyful years-

traveling, laughing, and creating memories full of deep affection and companionship. Randall’s

passing in 2022 was a great loss, but Anita carried his spirit withher in every step that followed.

Anita’s legacy lives on in her children: Tina Cyr (Tina Church), Tim Cyr (Judy), Tom Cyr (Darci)

and Tony Cyr (Wanda), Kim Allard (Wenda), Lee Yates (Mike), Rhea Kennelly (Bob). She was a

beloved Nana to 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and the treasured friend to many.

A graveside service for both Anita and Randall will be held on 07/14/25 at 11 am at Maple

Grove Cemetery in Mechanic Falls Maine. Arrangements are under the care of Chandler

Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 26 West Dwinal St, Mechanic Falls.
