Angelo Farello
- May 28, 2025

Angelo “Tony “ Farello of the Bronx passed away peacefully at Providence Rest nursing home on May 28, 2025.
Tony was born on May 25, 1935 to his Italian immigrant parents, Anna and Vito Farello. He was a beloved brother to Rocco, Nick and Frank. Tony served his country by joining the US Army. He was a proud veteran. Tony was predeceased by the love of his life, Lucy Fiandaca Farello. He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Lucy’s children and many friends and neighbors.
He worked for Greyhound buses and the NYC Board of Education as a chauffeur. Tony’s passion in life was taking long drives and going to the casino. He had a lot of fond memories of playing the slot machines! He also was a devout supporter of St Jude’s Children Research Hospital. We thank his best friends, Mark and Elena for all their love and support over the past few years. And we thank Providence Rest nursing home for his care in his final days. Tony touched many lives along the way, and he will be missed.
RIP Uncle Tony
