Analdis Mendez

Analdis R. Mendez, age 56 of Yorkville, IL passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 1, 1969 in Chicago, IL the son of Ramon and Luz M. (Fuentes) Mendez.

Mr. Mendez was united in marriage on May 15, 1993 to Wilma Figueroa and they spent the next 32 years happily together. Analdis was the Owner of a Real Estate Investment Company. Mr. Mendez was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL. Analdis was a loving husband, son, father, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

Analdis is survived by his wife, Wilma Mendez of Yorkville, IL; his mother, Luz M. Mendez of Aurora, IL; his children, Andy Mendez and Ashley Nicole Mendez, both of Yorkville, IL; his siblings, Reynaldo Mendez, Anibal Mendez and Nylvia (William) Burgos.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ramon Mendez.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 27, 2025 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 406 Walnut Street, Yorkville, IL. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery, 1400 South Wolf Road, Hillside, IL.

Friends may visit from 3:00 until 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 North Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL.
