Ana Henson
Ana Maria Carmon Martin Henson, 88, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away on September 3, 2025. She was born on August 11, 1937 to Martin and Rosa Carmona in Barcelona Spain.
She is preceded in death by her father, Martin Carmona; mother, Rosa Martin Asuncion Carmona; husband, William Brice Henson Sr.; sister, Rosa “Rosita” Carmona Martin Pereira.
She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Francisco “Paco” Carmona of Madrid Spain; sons William Brice (Nancy) Henson Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO, Martin Angel Henson of Colorado Springs, CO, and Mark Antonio (Leandra) Henson of LaJunta, CO; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
Ana will be remembered as a deeply caring and compassionate woman who always put others before herself. A devoted mom, grandma, and great-grandma. She poured her love into her family and embraced all children in her care. Touching the lives of hundreds with her kindness.
Guided by her faith, family and God were always her top priorities. She had a gift for stepping into the role of mother figure for those who needed one, offering unconditional love and support. Always present, for anything and everything, she gave her whole heart without hesitation. With a passion for life and a forgiving spirit that could see past imperfections, she chose to see the good in others. Making everyone feel valued and cherished.
Ana is reunited with her loving husband and parents. She will be missed!
