Gracie Mae Johnson

Gracie M. Morris Johnson, 97, formerly of Youngstown, wonderful and loving mother to Harold R. Jr. (Althea) and Lynette; grandmother to Alishea Henderson (Dwayne) and Atasha Reed (Brandon Sr.); and great-grandmother to Amani, Alijah, Abriana, Alyssa, Avary and Brandon Jr., transitioned to eternal rest Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021.

Gracie was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Sr.; mother and father, Grace E. and Lucas Morris Sr.; and siblings, Rosa Truitt, Lucas Jr., Violet, Cornelius, Alexander and Lilton.

In addition to her children, daughter-in-law, granddaughters and great-grandchildren, she leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memory, several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held in the coming weeks.  Interment will be in Tod Homestead Cemetery, Youngstown.
