Robert Guy Sr.

Robert Guy was born July 7, 1958 in Bessemer, AL. His family moved to Dayton,
OH when he was young. Robert accepted Christ at an early age. As a child that’s
when his love for cars and motorcycles began.

In 1988, Robert came to visit Cleveland with his best friend where he then met the
love of his life Tara who he was happily married to for 34 years. He enjoyed
attending church, he was a member of Mt. Zion. He enjoyed bowling, he loved to
cook, especially barbecue. He liked his cars and riding motorcycles. He could fix
anything! He was a “Jack of all trades”.

He was a loving father and devoted husband. He didn’t mind lending a helping
hand. He was so funny, he could make anyone laugh. He always had a word of
wisdom when needed, he was also very supportive and protective.

Our Heavenly Father called Robert home on Monday, January 3, 2022 with his
wife, daughter, and granddaughter by his side as he took his final breath. Robert
leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Tara Guy; his mother, Margaret Guy; his
father, Raymond Guy. His children Robert Guy Jr.; Titus Guy; and Candie
Guy(Patton). His siblings; Raymond Guy Jr.; Ronnie Guy; and Rosa Guy. His
grandchildren Parisienne Guy; Asha Guy; Tavona Guy; Titus Guy Jr; Nahar Guy;
Rua Chawwah Guy;Akasha Guy and a host of other family and friends.
