Paul Porter

Paul Franklin Porter Husband of Jacque Pettit Porter for 56 years went on to be with his Lord and Savior on August 8 2025 surrounded by his loved ones at home. Born in Ashland, KY, he was the son of the late Norman and Beatrice Porter

Paul graduated from Morehead State and was a retiree from Rockwell International. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed following his son Scott’s golf career and was also a huge fan of all his grandchildren’s extra curricular activities, rarely missing a game, match, race or show.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his son Scott (Stephanie) Porter, daughter Nikki (Scott) Spicer; grandchildren, Cameron, Caden and Callie Spicer. Sisters, Phyllis Martin (the late Ken Martin), Carol Beary, Pam Douglass (John) and the late Kathy Hunt (the late Jim Hunt). Brothers Don (Susie), Brian and the late Wayne Porter and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel in Winchester, KY, on Wednesday, August 13th at 1:30pm with visitation beginning at Noon.
