Annette C. Finger

July 12, 1942 to July 24, 2025

Born and raised in the Bronx to the late Carmela and Andrew DeVergiles. She attended Columbus High School where she met and married the love of her life the late Lewis H. Finger who passed away in October 1979. She raised 2 children; Andrea and Louis Finger.

She passed away peacefully in CT where she lived with her daughter Andrea, Son In Law John Huyler and granddaughters Jessica and Adriana.

She will be greatly missed by her son Louis Finger, his partner Deborah Teska and Debbie’s children and grandchildren all with whom she acted as surrogate and beloved “Mema”.

She also leaves behind her nieces Carole and Marisa with a loving memory for Marisa’s late husband Courtney.

She is pre deceased by her sisters Joy and Rita.

Annette dedicated her life to her family. She lived a full and active life with a vast circle of friends. She worked for Yost and Campbell from where she retired in 2007. She was known for her love of the NY Yankees and of course the late great Elvis Presley. The door to her home in the Bronx was always open and she welcomed many. Her Sunday table was full but she always had a chair for one more when needed.
