- June 19, 2025

Carson City, Nev. (June 19, 205) — Partnership Carson City (PCC), a community coalition dedicated to fostering a healthy, drug-free, and resilient community, has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help sustain and grow its vital prevention and education programs.
For more than a decade, PCC has served Carson City through initiatives that address substance misuse, mental health, youth empowerment, and public safety. From medication roundups and opioid overdose prevention to mental health first aid and youth leadership programs, PCC’s work directly impacts thousands of residents each year.
“Community support has always been at the heart of our mission,” said Samantha Szoyka, Deputy Director at PCC. “This GoFundMe campaign is a way for people to directly support programs that educate, prevent and strengthen families right here in Carson City.”
Donations will support a wide range of initiatives, including:
- Mental health training and resources
- Youth leadership and prevention programs
- Community medication take-back events
