A resident of Henderson County, NC.

He was pre-deceased by his father Lawrence Earl Phillips, mother Ida Mea Rogers Phillips, wife Kathy Lynn Phillips, brothers Joseph D. Phillips, Lawrence Earl Phillips Jr., and sister Freida Elizabeth McCoy.

He survived brother Roger Derrel Phillips, and his son Aaron Dwain Phillips, and a man’s best friend Chill, and by several great-nieces and nephews.

He was a wonderful caring friend, father, and brother, and uncle.

Always loved & forever missed.
