Yvonne Lorraine Kasey, 82, passed away from complications of Lewy Body Dementia on May 31, 2025 surrounded by family.

Per Yvonne’s wishes there will not be any services, there with be a private burial for family. And a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Yvonne was born August 10, 1942 to Arless and Mary (Phillips) Kasey.

Yvonne is survived by her daughters, Mary Reade; Dawn Stout (Randy) and Kelly Riley; her son Thomas Buckallew (Brenda) all of Cedar Rapids; her sister Pauline Boots (Richard) of Marion. She’s also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; and a special friend, Jane Grapes.

Yvonne loved going to the casino and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her brothers; George; Arless(Jr), Elmer; her sister Judith, grandson Jeremy; her son-in-law DuWayne Reade.
