Winston D. Bactat, age 76, of Chicago formerly of the Phillipines. Beloved husband of Marina nee Bul-lalayao. Devoted father to Sheryl (Ricky), Marwin (Lannie), Farita (Chris) and the late Fritzie. Cherished “Lolo” to Brandon, Brianna, Charleen, Bryant, Maya, Mason and Zoe. Dear brother and uncle to many. A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 29, from 4:00-7:00PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held privately at Queen of All Saints Basilica on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
