Wanda Marie (Davis) Lambert, 95, of Clear Lake, IA passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 at IOOF Home in Mason City, IA after a brief illness.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Wanda was born on August 6, 1928, in Springville, IA, the youngest child of John “Harley” and Marie (Larson) Davis. She was a graduate of Martelle High School in 1945. Wanda married Galen Robertson on February 12, 1947, together they had one daughter Cynthia Marie.
On June 12, 1968, Wanda married Joe Lambert, of Anamosa, IA. After moving to Clear Lake, Wanda adopted Joe’s four children, Nancy, Joseph, David and Tom.
In her professional career Wanda worked at the Jones County Draft Board, was the school secretary, and loved selling dresses at dress shops in Clear Lake.
In her free time she enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards, and watching sporting events with her husband (especially Iowa Hawkeye Basketball). Wanda loved the summers in Clear Lake being able to lay out in the sun and have fun times on the boat.
Those left to cherish memories of Wanda are her daughters, Cyndy (Harley) Stapes of Tiffin, IA and Nancy (Duane) Caylor of Dubuque, IA; sons, Joseph (Gracie) of Omaha, NE, David (Shelley) Eagan, MN, Tom (Liz) Lambert, Las Vegas, NV; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, Galen Robertson and Joe Lambert; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild, three brothers and one sister.
