Victoria L. “Vickie” (Gentry) Nation

Victoria L. “Vickie” (Gentry) Nation, 69, of Grandview, IL died Saturday, October 30, 2021 at her home. She was born to William and Ruth (Oliver) Gentry on September 24, 1952. She married Gary Nation on May 20, 1973.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; daughter, Hope and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Bill, Jon, Phil and Ed Gentry.

Vickie retired from the State of Illinois after 27 years of service. She enjoyed everything about life including her family, two cats, reading, baking and crafts.

The family will host a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 13, 2021 at South Tower Community Church, 1350 S. Tower Road, Dawson, IL 62520.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to her family.
