Vickie Joy Gregg, 73, of Lisbon, Iowa, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Mechanicsville Specialty Care, Mechanicsville, Iowa. A visitation will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. on October 10, 2024, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on October 11, 2024, at Lisbon Cemetery in Lisbon.

Vickie was born February 16, 1951, the daughter of Rev. Clinton Jeffers and Genevieve (Maiden Name). She graduated from Lisbon High School. Vickie went on to Iowa State and Dallas Theological Seminary. Vickie had worked as an administrative assistant earlier in life but became a counselor later in life after she received her master’s degree.

Survivors include her children, Andy (Malynda) Gregg of Glendora, California, Tim (Iris) Gregg, of Ankeny, Iowa, and Kristen (Rusty) Mensch of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Isha, Brooklyn, Kennedy, William, James, Declan, and Sydney; sister, Cathy (Mark) Risse of Colorado; and her father, Clint Jeffers of Lisbon.

She was preceded in death by her mother.
