Condolences may be sent to his daughter Christel Jackson via email jackson.family5@att.net
Christel, the Joyner and Jarrett family are so sorry to hear of Troy’s passing. We just found out today. We were excited that he was coming back to the states and was awaiting his phone call when he was back but we never received the call. Troy was a great man and kept us laughing. He will be missed.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Patrick & Tina and James Jarrett, thank you so much.
