Tony Wade Hilton

Tony Wade Hilton, 64, of Glen Rose, devoted husband and father, passed away early on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in Stephenville, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 1 until 2 P.M., on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at the Wiley Funeral Home, 504 Holden Street in Glen Rose. A memorial service celebrating his life will follow at 2 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.

Tony was born on November 24, 1957, in Dallas to Harold and Anna (Rossi) Hilton. On November 26, 1976, Tony married Becky (Brock) and together they had two children, Brian and Julie.

He worked for many years in the hotel industry and retired in December 2021 from the Hilton Anatole Hotel where he was the director of security. An avid sports fan, Tony especially enjoyed following the Texas Longhorns football team, the Dallas Cowboys, and England’s Arsenal “football’ club. He and his wife enjoyed traveling and seeing the world. For several years Tony was a member of the Shields of Honor Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Paws in the City Dallas, Tony’s favorite animal rescue organization.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Becky, his children, Brian and Julie, beloved cousins and extended family, and much loved friends.
