Timothy J. Horn, 74, of Chicago. Beloved husband of 52 years to Eleanor, nee Galluzzo; loving father of Melissa (Sean) Downs and Mac (Adam Basham) Horn; cherished grandfather of Jack Downs; dear son of the late William McKinley and Johanna Marie Horn; preceded in death by brothers William Horn and Herbert Horn and sisters Rose Marie Taft and Patricia Sullivan. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Timothy was a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Past Noble Grand of the Oddfellows and member of the Civil War Club as well as various other organizations. A good friend to all who knew him. Visitation 3-7 pm, Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. Funeral Mass 10 am, Wednesday, May 18 at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Church, 6020 W. Ardmore Ave., Chicago. Interment private.
