Ongoing: ‘Visiter’ award submissions sought
All writers and artists who are fans of Edgar Allan Poe submit your works for the fourth annual Saturday ‘Visiter’ Awards. The event is sponsored by the Edgar Allan Poe House and Museum, 2003 N. Celebrate Edgar Allan Poe’s 215th birthday in style and solve the crime of the “Death of The Poe Toaster: A Murder Mystery for Edgar Allan Poe’s Birthday” at the Westminster Hall & Burying Ground, 519 W. Fayetteville St. Feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of “The Murders in the Rue Morgue.” Tickets cost $34 and include a light refreshment and a murder mystery party.
