Steven Douglas Vincent, age 80 of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, passed away June 27, 2025. Steven was born in Muscatine, Iowa, son of William (Bill) and Carol Raymond Vincent. He attended school in Iowa City. He served his country in the Navy, active service in Vietnam. He lived in Iowa City and worked for Home Town Dairy. He loved animals and living beside the river.
Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Sheila and her family, sisters Marilyn Milder of Solon and Dixie (Dick) Fowler of Cedar Rapids, nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, wife Rosemary and brother-in-law Leonard Milder.
There will be no service.
